Grief Circles: Healing Together, One Heart at a Time Grief is not a straight path—it’s a winding road that looks different for each of us. Some days it feels like a heavy fog, other days like a quiet ache. There’s no “right” way to grieve, and there’s certainly no timeline

About the event

Grief Circles—an online space where we can come together, just as we are, and support each other through life’s hardest seasons.

In Grief Circles, we don’t try to “fix” grief. We hold space for it. We listen, share, and breathe together. We honour the individual journey each person is on, while offering gentle companionship along the way. Whether someone is grieving the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or the shifting of identity—each story is welcomed with compassion and care.

What makes our group special is that we team up—not to move on, but to move through. Together. Some members are quiet observers. Others speak often. Some bring poetry, others just presence. Every way of showing up is valid.

We remind one another:

  • You are not broken.

  • Your way of grieving is enough.
